Tobit Support

Microwise offers support via eMail and Fax to users of Tobit Software products from version 6.6 in the Asia/Pacific region only. Support for earlier versions has been discontinued by Tobit Software, although please contact us and we will try to help you resolve your problem.

Prior to contacting Microwise for support, please read the FAQ page and the comprehensive product documentation. There you will find answers to the commonly asked questions, and explanations on how to configure the products optimally. Tobit also has a support site Club Tobit for registered users and there is a Tobit News Group.

Free support is provided only to resellers and customers who have purchased software via the Microwise distribution channel. Support for Novell OEM products or those supplied through other channels will be chargeable at the rates outlined under the Support Options.
