from Microwise or one of its resellers
are provided with a 30 day support
period free of charge. Once this period
has expired, customers may choose to
return to their reseller for support
(your reseller may also charge for this
service) or purchase Single Support
Incidents directly with Microwise.
Single
Support Incident - Chargeable Support
Once your 30
Day free installation support has
expired, or if you own a Tobit product
not purchased through Microwise or its
resellers, you may choose to open a
chargeable support incident. An incident
is defined as one Tobit related issue,
problem or question which may take many
communications to resolve. Note:
on-site support will be charged for
additionally if required.

purchasing a product from Microwise
benefit from free of charge on-going
technical support for Tobit Software
products. No free of charge technical
support is offered on 3rd party, OEM or
bundled products. Note:
