Support Options

 

30 Day Free Installation Support

All customers who purchase a Tobit product from Microwise or one of its resellers are provided with a 30 day support period free of charge. Once this period has expired, customers may choose to return to their reseller for support (your reseller may also charge for this service) or purchase Single Support Incidents directly with Microwise.

Single Support Incident - Chargeable Support

Once your 30 Day free installation support has expired, or if you own a Tobit product not purchased through Microwise or its resellers, you may choose to open a chargeable support incident. An incident is defined as one Tobit related issue, problem or question which may take many communications to resolve. Note: on-site support will be charged for additionally if required.

Cost $120 AUS plus GST per incident

FaxWare for NetWare Small Business or Faxware for Groupwise Incident - Chargeable Support

As this is a Novell product and is not purchased directly from Microwise or Tobit Software, customers and resellers (including Tobit Authorised Resellers) must pay for support of this product. No free support period is offered on 3rd party or bundled products. Note: on-site support will be charged for additionally if required.

Cost $120 AUS plus GST per incident

Microwise Authorised Resellers

All Microwise Authorised Resellers purchasing a product from Microwise benefit from free of charge on-going technical support for Tobit Software products. No free of charge technical support is offered on 3rd party, OEM or bundled products.  Note: on-site support will be charged for additionally if required.

On-Site Support and Integration Services

All resellers and customers that require a Microwise engineer to attend on-site for support or to complete systems installation/integration work will be charged at the rate of $120 AUS per hour plus GST, inclusive of travel time.
